Mattituck Graveyard Tour

Step back in time with us as NFCT once again co-hosts our annual historical graveyard tours.

Stroll through the grounds of two local cemeteries as actors in period costumes bring history to life, sharing the real stories of those laid to rest: local legends, unsung heroes and fascinating figures whose lives shaped our community.

Begin with the 2025 Mattituck Graveyard Tour held in conjunction with Mattituck-Laurel Historical Society and the Mattituck Presbyterian Church Graveyard Restoration Committee. Tours will start every 10 minutes between 2 and 4 p.m. Saturday, October 4, at the church yard between Mattituck Presbyterian Church and NFCT at Westphalia and Old Sound avenues. (Rain date: Saturday, Oct. 18.)

Tickets are offered for specific start times. Admission is $25 (plus handling fee), with proceeds shared by the hosting organizations.

A tour of Cutchogue’s Old Burial Ground will be held Sunday, Oct. 5.
